Oh yeah...
The news... real unbiased. Every media outlet is left biased except FOX news which is right biased... There is no such thing as "fair and balanced". Just a matter of which way things are spun. Honestly, I've traveled a pretty wide part of the US over the past few years... and DFW and Houston or even San Antonio are really not much different than any other big cities... LA, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Tampa, Kansas City, OKC... just those major cities I've been in the over the past year... not really that much different. Once you reach that size you get the good, bad & ugly of a big city no matter where it is. And as I've said, even in traditional "blue states" you will find a lot of hillbillies and rednecks in the rural areas. You'll find plenty of "tea baggers" all over the place these days... Even in long time liberal strongholds like MA. Ask them up in Boston why a Rep won a Senate seat there for the first time in 30+ years. Bet the "tea baggers" had something to do with that.
